Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed in this shop with Vehicle Imagery LM UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Schlossplatz 1, 67292 Kirchheimbolanden, Germany (“we”). A consumer is any natural person who concludes a contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade or business.

2. Contract

Product listings are not binding offers. By completing checkout you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order or provide the download, whichever comes first. The contract language is English or German.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the shop currency. Where VAT applies, it is calculated at checkout based on your location. Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout.

4. Delivery

Products are digital files. They are delivered by download link on the order confirmation page and by email immediately after payment. There is no physical shipping.

5. Licence

The use of purchased 3D models is governed by our licence. All rights not expressly granted remain with us.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as described in our refund policy.

7. Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

8. Trademarks

Product names may refer to third-party brands for identification only. Tesla and Roadster are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. We are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Tesla, Inc.

9. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the country where they habitually reside. For merchants the place of jurisdiction is Kaiserslautern, Germany.
