FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which file formats are included?

Blender (.blend, Blender 5.2), FBX, OBJ with MTL, GLB (glTF 2.0 with PBR materials), USDZ and STL (in millimetres), plus textures, reference renders, a readme and the licence – all in one ZIP file.

Which software can I use?

Any software that opens FBX, OBJ or glTF, for example Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Houdini, Unreal Engine, Unity, Godot, KeyShot or three.js. USDZ opens directly on iPhone and iPad (AR Quick Look).

How do I get the files?

Right after payment you receive the order confirmation email with your personal download link (one ZIP file, approx. 89 MB).

Can I look at the model before buying?

Yes. The product page has an interactive 3D viewer (simplified preview) – rotate and zoom the car, or view it in AR on your phone. Renders and a wireframe image show the full-resolution model and its topology.

Is the model to scale?

Yes. The model is built at real-world scale (4.13 m long, 1.84 m wide, 1.10 m high). The STL file is in millimetres.

Does the model have an interior?

No. It is an exterior model with separate doors, hood, bumpers, lights and wheels.

Is it an official Tesla model?

No. It is an independent, unofficial 3D model based on publicly available images of the new Roadster. Details may differ from the production vehicle. Tesla and Roadster are trademarks of Tesla, Inc.

Can I use it commercially?

Yes, in your own renders, videos, games, apps, AR/VR projects and 3D prints. You may not resell or share the 3D files. Brand elements (logos, names) are not licensed by us – see the licence.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes. You receive an order confirmation with VAT shown where applicable. If you need a company invoice with your VAT ID, contact us after your purchase.

What if a file does not work?

Contact us and describe the problem. We will fix it or refund your purchase. See our refund policy.
