Licence for 3D models
Licensor: the operator of this shop as named in the legal notice (“we”).
- With your purchase you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual and non-transferable licence to use the 3D model and its files (“the Model”).
- You may use the Model, also commercially, in still images and renderings, animations and videos, games, apps, AR/VR experiences, configurators, presentations, printed products and physical 3D prints, as long as the Model is part of your own work and cannot be extracted from it as a 3D file.
- You may modify the Model for your own projects.
- You may not sell, share, give away, upload or otherwise distribute the Model files or modified versions of them as 3D files (for example on asset stores, marketplaces or file-sharing services), and you may not use them to train or fine-tune machine-learning models.
- Trademarks: The Model depicts a vehicle whose name and design elements may be protected by third parties (for example Tesla, Inc.). This licence covers our copyright in the Model only. It does not grant rights to third-party trademarks, logos or designs. For commercial use of brand elements you are responsible for obtaining any rights required.
- The Model is an independent interpretation and may differ from the real vehicle. Statutory liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
- German law applies. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Kaiserslautern, Germany.
