Refund policy and right of withdrawal

Faulty files

If a file you bought does not open or is damaged, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will send you a working file or refund the full price.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us (Vehicle Imagery LM UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Schlossplatz 1, 67292 Kirchheimbolanden, Germany, email: jason@vehicleimagery.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example an email). Sending the notice before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we receive your notice. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this refund.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

For contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires early once we have started performing the contract (by providing the download) after you have expressly agreed that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed that you are aware that you lose your right of withdrawal by agreeing (§ 356 (5) BGB).
